Yesterday I stayed within my RDI and drank 64 ounces of water. I just need to work out more consistently. A friend of mine is letting me borrow her 30-Day Shred and I can't wait to begin!!

Hi, new buddy!! What in the world is the 30-day shred?? I see you also found the bagel thins--I love them. There is also a sandwich thin which is a wonderful bun. It sounds like you are doing great. Please let me know about the 30 day thing.

Jillian Michaels (trainer on Biggest Loser) has a workout dvd called the 30-Day shred. I heard you have to be kinda insane to do it!! LOL!! But it's really good. I have 38 days until my cruise and I'd like to do it before I go. But yes, I love the bagel thins. I could eat them everyday for breakfast!! I'm going to have to find the sandwich thins. Sounds amazing!!!

I have the 30 day shred and it is pretty good. Unfortunately, I didn't stick with it for 30 days (I thought I needed a longer workout). A friend of mine did it though and she saw results. It is a short workout but it has intense moments. I hope you like it. Kick some butt with Jillian!!

I plan on kickin' all kinds of butt!! LOL!!! I have a cruise in a little over a month and I'm so motivated to begin and finish it!!
