Well, yesterday I totally went over my calories... I put it all in, but over I went. I have more going on today-- I actually have a few appointments ( thank goodness)which will give me some purpose for the day.
Going to swim or treadmill it at the gym today, I am also going to do better on my calories. I have to! 1800 is just unacceptable. Gotta get my mojo back. Have a lovely Thursday- Trish
