haven't been to the gym at all this week :( not happy about that. Working very long hours at work , very stressfull . Starting bodybuilding.com's 21 day shred challenge ....sooooo...will be going to the gym 5 days a week even if I get off work late...thank goodness they are open until midnight during the week. Not looking forward to posting my before pictures which I have to do before the 19th...eeeeeek wish me luck.
