I am sure we have all been there. I just had the worst "diet" weekend in the past two months. Did absolutely no physical activity, and surpassed my RDI 5% on saturday and a whopping 20% on Sunday.....it is a slump...and I am just trying to get over it.
My advise to you is what I am doing.....force yourself up and force a work out....once you get that first workout out....then they all get easier. Just don't think, get up, and go!

I will be getting my ass into gym this week for sure...once you get one thing done at a time, things just seem to fall into place.
