smoothie suggestions? i tend to stick with mixed berries, yogurt & orange juice. (i hate strawberry banana) but I'm open to try different things!

For creamy texture and extra protein Avocado or silken tofu then if you like natural peanut butter or peaches or pineapple and for sweetness maple syrup or honey there are so many fun combinations even puree lentils or kidney beans to give extra protein when you add in the fruits and the honey you don’t even taste them Have fun

This is recipe I really like and I also don't like strawberry and banana mixed together but I will eat the fruit on their own. Lol! Now the recipe I'm sharing makes for two people unless you have a big cup. 2 cups frozen mixed berries. (You can use fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries,raspberries) 1 cup plain Greek yogurt. (I used non fat greek yogurt) 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
