Have been doing rather terrible lately. No exercise and eating poorly But now the spring weather has finally shown up.

Time to get back on track. Started my C25K workouts today. I'm also starting a swimming for triathlons class next week. And, I'm also working on giving up my Diet Coke addiction. I felt pretty crummy for the first couple of days but now I'm coming around.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
