Had a cheat meal on Saturday night, weekends are tough to stay on track as my husband does not like to eat alone so in the sweetest of ways he tries to get me to eat with him lol. It was pizza from a restaurant and frozen custard.. Took a walk around Melrose arch and I was fine.. Went home and I got the most excruciating cramps it was so painful..My body was not happy about the cheat meal.. Safe to say I'm back to healthy eating..Worried about this week though as I have a birthday coming up..
