Bahan-bahan : -100gram tepung tapioka -150 gram oatmeal -Siapkan Sosis (1buah) ,dada ayam(150gram),udang (5buah). Air panas secukupnya Bumbu halus : -Bawang putih diparut -daun bawang -totole Bumbu kuah: -Totole -Hot lava Cara masaknya: -Campurkan bumbu"nya kedalam adonan tepung tapioka dan oatmeal tersebut,lalu isi adonan dengan sosis, dada ayam rebus, , udang..Lalu di bunder"in adonan bakso acinya
