Day27, Whole30, no slips or cheating, can’t believe it but feel so well fed I don’t want anything else. Will weighin tomorrow for my weekly snapshot of how I did. The month is nearly over and after adding dairy and wine to see the results I plan to come back to strick Whole30 for another month. I went for an hour walk and have been on my feet all day without any pain in my hip joint legs or feet. First time in years. I will be interested to see where the inflammation source is once I add back foods I avoided. Sure hope it’s not the wine or cheese 🍷☹️
