I've had a very bad week of dieting....went into relapse after having a boyfriend stay over for a few days....I've realised I eat with him just to keep him company.
Also spending time with family entails quality food time too!!!
I mostly find it easy to get back onto the diet bandwago again after one or 2 mishaps...but this week has been particularly hard. I'm even afraid to jump onto that bathroom scale again!!!
Need to find a way of not indulging when I am with friends and family....and to not use that as an excuse.
