Finally!!! I am seeing results! I got a gym buddy 3x a week, eating better, and I'm on the mend from surgery. I'm happy to be able to do stuff - like write. And jump! And put weight on my arm!! Still can't do push-ups, but...baby steps. I'm under 190 for the first time since my surgery!!! Woooo!!!!
