I gained a pound over the weekend. I am not surprised. After we did the Sugar Busters consuming only protein shakes and protein bars with a single serving of vegie and fruit a day, going to solid foods I would expect something like this.
This was a very social weekend revolving around food. Home made Indian vegetarian at one friends house, and "Bo Saam Miracle" (pork shoulder roasted for 8 hours) at another friends home. Plus I made Japanese at home Sunday night. It's time to get back to serious discipline again!!!
