Thank you very much guys; y’all are saying so many positive things it just gives me strength to soldier on 😍❤️ @Nonto I do crunches, sit ups, and generic stomach exercises. I have a bad ankle fracture which resulted in all this weight gain so I’m honestly not active at all I can only do exercises that require me to sit on the floor.
