Absolutely starving this week. It's an annoying nonstop hunger no matter what or how much I eat. Figured this would have happened the first week or two of my diet and not a few months into it. Not sure what's up but as long as I dont eat myself out of house and home and make healthy choices...hoping it goes away.

I find I do this whenever I'm craving something - for me it's usually chocolate or chips. I usually try to eat anything else because I know they're not good for me and end up eating WAY more calories than if I had just sucked it up and had what I was craving. My DH pointed it out to me a while ago, and since then, when I have a craving, I eat what I'm craving (in a small portion), the craving goes away, and then I'm good! The alternate being that if it isn't a craving for something, try a glass of milk, that usually works for me! Hope you're back to yourself soon!

I'm rarely hungry, but my emotional eating weakness is sesame sticks and I have absolutely NO control. I tried the small portion thing, and decided instead to eat a little something from my next planned meal. That usually works and keeps me within my day.

Ohhh... the small portiong thing has to also go along with only having a small portion available... LOL... i.e. small bag of chips or one chocolate bar... I completely agree with you... I could keep going, but once that's it, and I have a few minutes, I'm satisfied!

ah see? i knew there was a trick.
Have you ever tried Shirataki. They're tofu noodles and they sell them in the supermarkets here, 3g carbs per serving if you're in need a quick pasta fix. I think they're pretty good.

Thats what I'm starting to feel , but the hunger is getting worse again. I guess I'm not eating the right foods, it doesnt help that I'm so picky. Hope you figure it all out, its very hard
