Day 24, Whole30, a colleague brought donuts to work today. I didn’t touch them but thanked him for the though! I started eating breakfast again instead of intermittent fasting. Since I spent the whole day in front of a computer I had enough energy for the day. Didn’t seem to want the fat today so I am under the 60%. Interesting observations on reactions in the body.
