No workout last night, and Im seriously struggling to commit to the gym tonight.
Last night I made the "tiktok feta pasta" and it turned out very good. Im trying to do more at home than relying on takeout or my mom to figure it out (my daughter and I share a house w/ my 78yr old mother). The problem is that I dont get home until around 6:30 most nights. So, meal planning is something to work on.

If you can, prepare ahead so all you have to do when you get home is heat and eat!

Try prepping before work so all you have to do is assemble and cook meals. 💜

get either an instant pot, or a crockpot. The crockpot can slow cook all day, and the instant pot can cook faster.

Definitely find some delicious crock pot recipes. Your Mother could even turn it on at a set time during the day if needed. That way you could go to the gym and not worry about it! Something to look forward to. :)

A lot of the time I put my protein & veggies on a sheet pan, sprinkle on spices & pop it in the oven. 30 minutes later dinner is ready. You can also make a nice salad while your meat/ fish cooks. You can put plenty of tasty, low cal ingredients in a salad.

I’m with Rosie that weekend oven bakes or bulk crock pot cooking and then divid it out for the week. Always freeze a few back so over time you get rotational variety. Broth soup, casseroles based upon zucchini or brocolli instead of pasta, roasted lean meat or flavored beans/lentils. I think you’ve got this ☺️
