I've just had the best restaurant meal ever on Atkins! I went to Nando's (poruguese restaurant). It was so tasty, and I only managed to consume 11.6 grams of carbs (peri-peri chicken, ratatouille, halloumi cheese & salad). It was totally delicious. Im thinking about making Nando's a weekly treat.
The only thing that put a downer on today was when I visited my Hubbys Nanna. She gave me a can of sprite and it wasn't the diet kind. I felt forced to drink some of it just to be polite. I think I had about 1/3 of a can. That was 11.4 carbs for no reason at all. She also tried to feed me a slice of cake, but I managed to avoid that one, phew!
