I've been in and out with this weight loss business but I'm making a commitment to stick with it this time. I am only 5.4" in height so being over 200 lbs is really affecting my body. My knees ache constantly, my back aches, my ankles swell up during the day and that is only a few of my issues.
New day, fresh start. Time to get my life back!
