I started at 73 Kg in December, it was going well but then fell off the wagon for a bit. Started again last week and I'm now at 69.5.. I also started going back to the gym after 4 years.. I'm sooo excited to be back, gyming is what keeps me consistent with my diet, it helps me mentally, plus it gives me extra energy. The most important thing for me is staying consistent I really hope that I don't give up and go back to unhealthy eating.. I would like to have this as a lifestyle going forward because I truly feel happier this way.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
