Hello Everyone,
It is so nice that a website like this was created for us all to support each other in our weightloss and healthy lifestyles we have taken on. This is the first time ever me joining a group and it is cool to see that I am not the only one battling fat! I have been overweight all my life and I would like to see what I look like without all the fat. Weight not only give your body health issues but also makes you look older. I think my weight has contributed to my looking older. Granted, I am not a spring chicken but I am still young. I think overall I want to improve me and I am ready to DO THIS! It is time for a change. I have decided to decrease my calorie and carb intake. A lady from my job also inspired me and helped me to see that it is possible. It is so encouraging when you see real life examples. She was once 240 and she looks like she is a good 150lbs. I asked her what she did and she shared some tips with me. I also want to incoporate more physical activities. Let's see where this journey takes me! I am excited!
