Really low on calories yesterday due to a vet emergency with my pup. She has seizures and is ok today. Do people make adjustments on the following day for stuff like this or just deal with the low day? I had less than 1000 calories yesterday. I've read some information that calorie cycling where you have more one day than usual and less other days is a thing, but I'm not sure how effective that would be. Have a good week everyone!

I have not made up the difference, personally. Kept the gain and did normal food, got me closer to my goal. They say fasting one day in 7 is good, no worries.
