Day 20, Whole30, three entire weeks on plan, no cheating, didn’t want to. 13.5 lbs weight loss. The pub night with salty wings stalled me for a day but back on track now. Keeping food simple. Going for longer walks each day to get fresh air and exercise. Seven small projects today to keep me occupied all day. Sure helps with not obsessing about food all day.
