Just over a pound off on last week. Always nice to see, but am taking nothing for granted because next week's weigh-in might deliver the opposite despite observing calorie counting and upping the exercise stakes.
I like having my weekly weigh-in day set to a Sunday morning because it means Sundays can be a be "blow out" day in terms of going over my daily calorie limit of 1900, and can indulge in a nice Sunday dinner/carvery, a couple of beers and a dessert.
I can then get back in focus for the rest of the week - that's the beauty of the Zig-Zag diet, and I recommend it
