Whole30, Day 19, Well! Too much salt on my chicken wings at the pub last night, feel dehydrated and thirsty today. Could not eat until 4:00pm ! Had only an egg and spinach in butter. Not hungry, just tea, coffee and water most of the day. A handful of almonds tonight, otherwise no real meals. Very low calories but feel I need to give my digestion a rest. We will see what happens at weigh-in tomorrow.
