Today I'm having a tough time coping. it's been a very stressful week. I was offered a job only to have to turn it down after speaking to my boss. I've been struggling with sleeping so took sleeping tablets 2 nights in a row. that did not do me any favours the rest of the week. workload is stressful plus I'm busy with studying for a supplementary exam. then also trying to get my blood sugars down. there's a lot on my plate for sure and I'm feeling overwhelmed. I definitely ate my feelings today. I need to get better coping mechanisms besides eating.
