Stockshow season is over!!! Nathan ended the year on a great note. He was 12th place steer in the sale and Bumblebee brought $3,500. Great addition to his college fund. With the calves he has sold over the years, he should have a pretty good nest egg by the time he starts college.
Now that stockshows are over til 2012, things around our house will settle for a little while. Next weekend will be busy with Relay for Life Friday-Saturday and also my son has a 4-H archery tournament on Saturday.
Tomorrow I am turning 95% of my focus to myself. I saw video and photos of myself from the show this weekend and I am really sad at what I saw. I do not want to go through the summer and have to hide from the camera.
Here is to "ME" time now.....
