So this week has been interesting week...with food to say the least. I ate moderately as usual and hit the gym pretty tough. Planning for just as good a week this week with a lil more cardio in the mix. Since weight training, I haven't been running as much as I use to. Aiming for 2 days of running mixed in with 2 days of zumba for my cardio on top of weight training...and a mixed cardio day (elliptical/stairs)... LET'S GO!!
