I started this week with my blood sugar at the highest reading of 21.5mmol. the lowest so far is this today before dinner at 7.7mmol. I have been eating low carb... closer to keto.... to help bring the sugar down. I'm hoping the high numbers are due to my recent cycle and that next week I'll see lower numbers consistently. I really do hope that this scare is the kick in the pants to get me on a healthy track with significant improvement in my health markers as well as massive fast loss.
