Saturday night treat.
I melted some lindt 70% dark chocolate with some coconut oil in the microwave for about 50 secs. Once the chocolate fully melted, I added some sliced almonds in the mix and poured the mix onto parchment paper placed inside a tupperware. Put the tupperware in the freezer for about an hour. And voilà! Little chocolate almond squares with a nice cup of earl grey tea ☕️ satisfying and delicious!
