中午雞肉豆腐豆漿鍋300卡,餅乾300卡! 昨天帶小孩看病,下午5點多回家,有點血糖低(該不是昨天中午先吃餅乾再吃飯造成血糖迅速上升???) 然後嗑了超多餅乾,又接著晚餐,一鍋蔬菜雜燴湯,加辣。 或許是辣湯讓我晚上有點拉肚子,所以今天體重又降了些,真開心~灑花 這個數字讓我對最近吃餅乾的行為安心不少,然後又加碼吃了洋芋片以示慶賀!!
