It's a baked sweet potato, raw veggies, avocado, fat free greek yogurt & 1.5 vegetarian hot dog. I fried up the hot dog & then topped with the yogurt - it was amazing & filling ☺️ sprinkled with garlic roasted red pepper spice & paprika 💞💯 I am pretty proud of this one
