Alhamdulillah, makasi ya allah, thanks to my self msh terus try on track walo lg fase jenuh dgn dada ayam n rutinitas masyak memasyak. Jd mknnya ttp defkal dgn tdk memperhatikan komposisi makro. So, cenderung lbh banyak karbo n fat lbh dr 50 gr, krn mknnya ngikut menu keluarga yg seringnya lbh banyak digoreng. But, i enjoyed it!^^ Ternyata jg, work it! Haha, walopun kutau bs berimpact ke otot yg sedikit menyusut krn bahan bakarnya tak dipenuhi. But its okhayy, i deal with it krn pasti suatu saat back on protein min 1-1,5x bb lg koq. Cemunguttt terus akoooh 🥰
