Ko Aming, iya nih ko latihan pun lagi gak berprogress. Cuma yg dipikirin, yg penting latihan gak pernah skip. Iya nih ko, lagi itung itung ulang TDEE nihh ko. Semangaaaat, 2022 progress baru di pola makan dan latihan💪🏼💪🏼🦸♀️🦸♀️
