I had a really disciplined eating day yesterday. Almost choked on some Quinoa... pretty dry. Big 7-8 egg white omelettes are key because they taste good and they really fill me up.
Dinner was important because I had 6 oz of Asian Basa, 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat spaghetti and a salad with fat free catalina and parmesan.
I was hungry after eating that, but I set a timer to wait. When the time was up I wasn't hungry (but the food was put away anyways).
