I've been having trouble with binging on carbs since xmas. Not every day but the weekends when I'm home with the family and able to basically free feed. Quite honestly, it is also the time where I am free to smoke weed (reminder: federally legal here in Canada) and that also leads to poor food choices lol. Im pushing thru a plateau at 275. Finally under it but the weekend is coming lol On we go...

You’ve lost over 60 pounds; obviously you’re doing something right! I’m not a snacker but raised on the Golden Food Triangle of “meat, starch, cooked veg” at every dinner and it’s a hard mold to break. Have lately decided no potatoes, pasta, or rice except for
week ends. We’ll see how it goes.

Yes, I find carbs addictive. Once I get started, it's hard to turn it around. And yes, you clearly recognize that the weed makes those choices for you. Keep up the good progress, Mitch!
