I definitely overate today. I feel full. Not stuffed, but more full than I'd like and more full than I've been in a long time. Maybe it's good for me to remember why its best to stop when the hunger goes away :S Well, I won't weight tommorow and I'll try to do better. Mistakes happen, I won't beat myself up.
