now that he is out of surgery and exceeding /eir expectations, I am going to work on getting my routine back to normal , like the exercise I didn't have time for when I got up at 4 am and got back home at 8 pm. he called me this a.m. and has been practicing his breathing and coughing. sounds good. maybe he will get out earlier.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
