BAD BAD last week.

Here I am again. Had one really bad week.
Time to get back in the game full force.

More water
journaling
and keep with in points.

Also took the challenge to point my scales away.
Only weigh in at meeting.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
