Sunday Night: The house is quiet.. Lunches packed and little one fast asleep which gives me some time to look back at this week's progress.
Firstly, I am super impressed that I haven't caved and bought a take away. It's been hard trying to keep a household running, working full day and being a mother but the rewards are worth it. Stepping on the scale tonight has reminded me that with pure determination and by God's grace, all things are possible.
Here's to another great week of weight loss and another step closer to finally being able to say I am happy.
