So I’m trying to do daily weigh ins to watch how I fluctuate. My diet has been consistent but for sure need to get more active. Work has been more stressful but I’m not falling into my old patterns. Here’s to a new year and reaching goals.
129.2 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 38.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
