I did work out yestuday, inbetween clients. Putting more regular food to my diet, only had medifast 2x's. Stomach a little gasie, but that's expected when reintroducing food back in. Today I feel great. Plan to walk today, before the crappy weather comes in. Can't wait for the Sun in the future, who knows when. Got Easter baskets yestuday for my kids(grown big children) I remember when I didn't and I heard about it. Baskets for the grand kids too.
