It's been a while. I had a tremendous personal loss over the month of September, which was only 2 months into my journey here. I suffered a broken heart from losing my best (fur) friend. It has been very difficult, but I am back to continue my weight lose journey without her.

Oh no, sorry to hear that :( I've lost a few over the years and I think about them often. Keep focused on one thing at a time and keep posting on here.
