Goooood Morning! I had a peanut butter chocolate egg for breakfast. One of the ladies at work brought in homemade eggs. She does every year. They are amazing. I have thought about them the past couple days. I can't NOT let myself enjoy one. But, that's it. One. So I enjoyed it. I enjoyed every bite of it. Last year, I think I had 6 of them. I was going to save it until lunch, but, then I would just be thinking about it all day. Plus, I figured the earlier the better. Before, I would have thought that my day was already ruined. Instead, I will just count it in with my calories and work around it. The first few days are going to be rough. I have gone above 1350 calories the past two days since beginning my weight loss journey. I am learning. Everyday, I am learning!
Update: I had another peanut butter egg. Need control. Ugh.
