hey bro thank you for your suggestion, but for you kind information I followed a fatloss program of 3 months under proper guidance as one of my friend is a trainer at a gym and also when it comes to nutrition I more focused on my diet than anything else and I don't do building brother rather I prefer yoga. It doesn't make any sense to visit a nutritionist when you have enough knowledge about what you are eating and also when you have a friend with certification and experience in the field of fitness who can guide you throughout you fat loss journey
