UGH!!! Bad food day! So far I have had an apple and a fat free carmel frapp with and extra shot no whip and sugar free carmel sauce! UGH!
Too busy today and have eaten!
On the plus side walked 5 miles during my work today ( I teach preschool).
Gonna grub down on a piece or 2 of pizza(late, UGH)and go for my run!
Better tomorrow I hope!
