I am sitting here enjoying some Healthy choice soup. Actually enjoying it. It's funny, when you aren't conscious of what you are consuming, you can't enjoy it. I used to buy junk food and just shovel it into my mouth. I would eat it so fast, I wouldn't even remember the taste. I like enjoying food. :)
