Hmm...for whatever reason, I just wasn't hungry yesterday. I did my laundry and grocery shopping and I did an upper body workout for about 45 minutes. I read for a little bit and I cooked up a weeks worth of lunches for my boyfriend to take to work.
I did a lot of stuff...but I never really wanted anything to eat.
