I'm sorry to hear that you're having a bad time. I know what you mean though. Breakups really and truly DO suck! They're horrible! It's so damaging! It literally wreaks havoc on your mind, body, heart, and soul! I know it can be really tough, but you just have to kick that crap to the curb! These mole hills (bec. when you look back at this time in your life, that's what their going to look like) are many, but you just have to ask yourself: "Am I going to let this MAKE me, or BREAK me?" Realize how much power that person has over you when you're wallowing and moping around. That should make you angry and want to fight harder. Use that energy toward your goals (here and in other aspects of your life). Prove to them (and most importantly, prove to YOURSELF) how much you're worth: A TON! Be healthy, be fit, be BETTER than you have ever been before...for YOU, and your worth will show up everywhere! You fought the urge to go into emotional eating and drinking. Good for you! I know it's tough, and there might even be times that you DO give in...but don't ever give up! Don't beat yourself up either. You're worth so much more than that. You owe it to yourself to be able to look in the mirror and love what you see (inside and out). You owe it to yourself to be proud of who you are. I know (from experience) that it's easier said than done, but allow this situation to MAKE you---NOT break you. Whenever something bad happens in my life, I thank GOD for it (sorry, I don't know what your religion is, so I hope you don't mind me saying that) and remind myself that it can only get better. And it usually DOES. So hang in there. You're fighting several battles at once, so THAT already makes you amazing for hanging in there. :)
