I overshot my calories today by about 200. Drat! And I really didn't even get as many veggies in as I should have. Chalk it up to poor planning on my part. If I had taken something to work, this wouldn't have happened.

I am sure I'll pay the consequences on the scale tomorrow. Today was a rather uninspiring day for me between having to sit in a class and not being able to walk due to the weather. Things will look better tomorrow. And then I have 5 days off!

You didn't go over by much, probably not even enough to show up on the scale, watch the salt intake though, salt makes you retain water and THAT might show up on the scale temporarily. You're doing fine. Just a bump in the road. Chin up!

Just think of all the walking, meal planning, exercise and positive reinforcement you can do in five days!!! Have you considered just not worrying about the scale tomorrow? Just take it one day at a time!
