Ok,so I have not been on here since October 2013 it's not that I have been slacking, I have been trying Weight Watchers again and going to meetings and once again I spent all that money every week and no results. Atkins is once again my best friend. It is getting started again that is the hard part. I have still been running though, I thought that running and Weight Watchers combined would help me get the weight off, but NOPE. Lets see this year I have ran, 5 5k races and 1 10k race. I have 2 more 5K races scheduled coming up along with my first 1/2 marathon in October. So now I just need to get back on track with more protein and good carbs. Today is the day. Geronimo!!!
